Awards Management	M&M and its employees / agencies appointed by M&M to help organise and conduct the Awards, and their respective employees
Entity	An organization or an individual having operations in India
Applicant / Participant	A legal Entity, which may be in the form of a Company, Trust, HUF, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership organization or an individual, which sends an entry to participate in the Awards as per the rules and regulations governing the Awards
Jury	Experts and Professionals empanelled by M&M and / or its Associates in Award Management, for evaluation of entries and selection of Award Winners
Rules & regulations	These are the Rules and Regulations that govern the Awards
Eligibility Criteria	These are part of the Rules and Regulations governing the Awards, and determine eligibility to apply for each respective Award Category
